Miranda Hart Instagram – The thing that makes me smile the most is when I see people feeling and being free to be who they are, not buffeted by fear and opinions of others and the world. Just setting themselves alive in the knowledge they are loved for who they are and their unique once in a universal eternity-ness! As Richard Rohr says “Your exact thisness will never appear again”. As Oscar Wilde said “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken” I suppose realising that and how inherently loved we are is most people’s life long journey. And as we become freer we give more of the us we were designed to give in the world at this time in history. We all make the world a better place. Part of what we need to do is find meaningful work. Work is love in action (as well as practically to pay the bills and feel the autonomy of that). And that’s why I support @resurgospearprogramme and @astriidcharity via @themirandashop They help people facing challenges or in @astriidcharity case specifically chronic illness to find work and their place in the world. Thank you to everyone who has supported the shop. We have made a difference to a few people who otherwise have felt isolated and not able to free themselves to be who they are. Hence my smile. Happy Christmas 🎄 ❤️
