Couldn’t have done half of what I’m doing, a year back. With chair yoga, I’m focusing on my arm strength, balance – my rigid lower back has opened 50%. There’s a long way to go. I’m embracing the journey and celebrating the little joys in life 🥰
I believe that a real power of yoga or any craft, for that matter, lies in the multidimensional aspects of practice. And consistency is the key to progressing in practice.
