I’ve struggled with staying disciplined about working out my whole life.
Luckily the memory of how good it feels, keeps me motivated and helps me jump back on the wagon.
Feeling the same about going back to studying after nearly two decades.
My brain is just not in the space but the struggle to recalibrate keeps me on my toes and wisdom that I have gained from all my various courses has surely been a huge source of encouragement and happiness

How I spent my days in isolation!
Seized the opportunity and did all the things I’ve been avoiding and some that I enjoy but can never make enough time for.
All in all, I realised I love my own company and even though being sick can be debilitating, one can always seek the positives in a situation and make it amount to something meaningful & fulfilling.
From self care to nutrition to de-cluttering, organising, reading, studying and hydrating and just giving my body the rest it needed I made it to the other side.
Yay for me!
P.S my doggie paid me daily visits and gave me my essential dose of oxytocin🥰
