Cody Simpson Instagram – Happy 1st Birthday to “Cody Simpson” the Album. I recorded this album in 8 days amidst the early days of my swim training. I released it regardless of my inability to play gigs, tour and promote it due to the intensity of (and my dedication to) what I’m trying to achieve as an athlete. It’s still the proudest I’ve been of a body work, and a glimpse into my future as an artist. I was too stoked on the final product not to share it and I owe so much to my fans for being so unreal and supportive of me through the years. You guys have stuck by me and our journey together is far from over. Playing guitar, writing songs and being a musician is such an integral part of my identity.
