Garrett Clayton Instagram – Update on my back recovery… ❤️‍🩹 It’s been pretty wild. I didn’t know what was going on so I didn’t feel comfortable sharing until I had a full scope of the situation. But after two months of bed rest and then meeting with multiple professionals, I found @eliteintegrativemedical through my dear friend @frankiejgrande. Sincerely, I cannot thank him enough for leading me to this doctors’ office. They specifically deal with spine issues and helping people avoid surgery. I wanted to charge this series of videos in case anyone else is going thru something similar and is looking for alternative types of care. If you’re looking for tools or ways to help your back, please feel free to use these after consulting a medical professional; OR if you need specific help in the LA-area, do NOT hesitate to reach out to this amazing office! They’ve got me dancing, moving, traveling, and working full force again—and that’s with a 10mm herniated disc between my C6 and C7, which is crazy!
