Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson Instagram – 232,5kg and back down work with 210kg for 3 reps. Not far off from my best ever bench so things are looking promising. Great workout with @ryanjterry and we did a posing session afterwards. Will post the whole thing on my YouTube channel. Stay tuned.
