All he wanted was a chair.

It was probably the toughest day of the shoot for @kellanlutz — he had to go to some dark places and do some hard things. (If you know Kellan, you know he is a force for good and a source of joy on set and in life.)
.
We were shooting by the train tracks (if you need to know why, see previous post). Base camp was a few minutes’ walk from the location. Between setups he could have gone back to the comfort and safety of his trailer. It would have added a little time to the shoot though, and he merely asked for a chair. “I’m good,” he said repeatedly.

He’s been a part of two different franchises that have grossed, worldwide, a couple billion.

He’s an action hero who’s worked with some of the top people in the biz. (@schwarzenegger , @officialslystallone , Mel, Snipes, @jasonstatham among them)

And all he wanted was a chair.

Kellan, you are the best of the best. Thank you for everything you brought to @whatremainsfilm . Our film is so much better because of you.
