Been tough to keep this quiet, but I’m pleased to announce that I’ve joined the band Burial Clouds as their frontman. We’ve got our debut LP in the kennel and are looking forward to releasing it into the wild this spring.
“With roots firmly planted in the heavy metal traditions of the Pacific Northwest, Burial Clouds offer an emotional soundtrack to the human experience of life in a decaying empire.
Drawing influences from Doom, Grunge, Psychedelia and Post-Metal, Burial Clouds’ well crafted songwriting is ambitious in sonic scope. Heavy without being cliched, complex without falling into self indulgence and epic without pretension. Expansive, evocative, cinematic.”
Our first single is dropping NEXT FRIDAY and our first shows together are later this month.
We are also v stoked to be joining the already stacked lineup at @arctangentfestival this fall.
