I thank God, Ma & Pop everyday for the first day. I thank you everyday for the 2nd one. Because you were birthed….the priceless legacy & love of our ever dynamic duo…were too!! I was humbly Graced by our God to possess a multitude of purpose. But NONE even remotely come close to the purpose of leading & loving my incomparable tribe into your highest heights & flights. Just needed some time to reflect on the shards of glass underneath & atop your dancing feet that i know danced for God’s Kingdom…in celebration of all the gifts & light He gave you in the flesh. MOST importantly: the beautiful tribe He helped you birth! I needed a moment to reflect on the shards of glass & pain we may all battle with unbeknownst to perhaps even those closest to us. I am thankful that God knows & knew.

And i am in a state of reflection & gratitude for your courage in smiling, laughing, crying (even if internally), dancing, singing, playing, celebrating others securely, loving, lifting & LIVING through it ALL…on your yellow cracked road to freedom.
