Russell Wilson Instagram – Quan, an 18-year old who received a heart transplant last year (after doctors discovered an underlying unknown heart condition while they were treating Quan from a stroke) had one wish! We were honored to take part in his wish reveal so he could meet the person who gave him strength and courage throughout his medical journey – @dangerusswilson.
