The journey of ‘Pachuvum AlbuthaVilakkum’ began years back in November 2019 when casting director @gayathrismitha sent me across two PDFs,one of them for a character called Dhwani.. Hamsadhwani.
I recorded the scenes(quite enjoyed it,too) ,sent it across to her, later heard that the director was interested in meeting me.
Me and @akhilsathyan met at the Amethyst , Chennai where we chatted quite jovially and talked a bit about the movie (very little!)
I also learnt that the Pachu in the scenes was going to be portrayed by Fahadh Faasil.
One look test,a global pandemic, multiple Covid lockdowns, scheduling issues, date clashes , sooo many uncertainties later ,the schedule finally resumed in 2022.
That long and unpredictable journey came to an end when our film released two weeks back on 28th April.
I realised somewhere along the way that characters do have their own destiny as to who will potray them and how.
I guess Hamsadhwani & me were interwined by some invisible thread (that one audition clip 😛 and some universe magic ✨)
I’m grateful to @akhilsathyan & @gayathrismitha for introducing me to Pachu’s beautiful world 😍
Also thank you to the entire production team, the direction team @aharon.mathai @rajivrajendaran_1 @cosky_posky @theerthamythry rakhesh rajan
& @utharamenonstyling @sharan_velayudhan @vineeth_actor @radhakrishnan.anil ,Neethu ,Saji Chetan and of course to Fafa for helping me out with everything, the big and the small 🤗
Thank you to the audience for all the Hamsa love 😁

Drinking tea,you will have a epiphany of sorts.
Nobody else will be a friend like you,
Or a lover exactly as you are.
Wanting yourself back in relationships is a trap;
Set up for massive disappointment.
It’s okay if they do not run across the bridge like you hoped for.
You cannot hold it against others,
That they simply just aren’t you.
