Home Actress Eden Sher HD Photos and Wallpapers May 2023 Eden Sher Instagram - Been too depressed to be on social media this past week, and there’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been said, but still feel compelled to share my personal story even tho it feels like the internet has effectively moved on. Obv the overturning of roe feels personal to every pro choice woman, but as someone who had an extremely difficult high risk pregnancy, spent many hours at various doctors offices, and had a prolonged, very scary stay in the hospital prior to delivering my babies (rather traumatically at 28 weeks), this decision gutted me in ways that have been hard to process. The implications of this ruling go beyond simply stripping women of their ability to obtain a safe medical procedure, it strips women of their value as a human being. I was fortunate enough to have had a wanted pregnancy, the support system to help me through it, and the resources to provide me with the care and attention I needed to keep myself and my babies safe and alive. I can't accept that I now live in a country where if my life had become seriously in danger, had I simply been in the wrong state, a doctor would not have taken measures to save my life for fear of going to jail. I can’t accept that it’s now possible for women and doctors to be punished for having to make the most difficult and heartbreaking decision a person could ever have to make. That is terrifying and fucking disturbing. Getting the medical care that all human beings deserve should not be contingent upon WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE A UTERUS, LIVE IN THE RIGHT STATE, OR HAVE ENOUGH MONEY. Taking action at this point feels a bit overwhelming, but every little bit helps. If you're not sure where to start, I will be making regular donations to the National Network of Abortion Funds and if you are able, I implore you to do the same.
