Evangeline Lilly Instagram – I am so sick of an algorithm feeding me what it wants me to see on Instagram. I am so irritated with being told what to look at. I want my old Instagram back…where I choose who to follow, I see everything they post, and the only thing that fills my feed are the things I request be in there. So, I use Instagram differently now. I no longer go into my feed. I open my profile and one-by-one I go through the list of accounts I follow and check up on their new posts myself. It’s not as streamlined, but it is very pleasant. It feels more intentional, it feels more relaxed, more thoughtful. It’s a better pace for me anyway. It prevents me from being advertised to. And it gives me back my power and choice on this platform. #algorithm @instagram
