Jessie Graff Instagram – There’s finally a ninja gym less than an hour from my house!!! @ultimateninjas.anaheimhills It’s been 2 1/2 years since I had both shoulder surgeries, and while I was recovering, I got to see all the ninja kids and teens linking every move! Even as I regained muscle and mobility, I had to be careful about how I took impact. Now that my shoulders are feeling good and strong, part of me thinks I should automatically be able to do all the moves I’ve watched the other ninjas do while I was healing, and that’s just silly! It will take a lot of practice to learn these skills, but I’m so excited to be healthy enough to go for it! #ninjawarrior #ninjagym #obstacletraining
