ENDLESS thank yous to everyone who helped make this album and to everyone who listened while we were smack dab in the THICK of a global pandemic and didn’t know wtf was going on (and beyond!) . talking about music with you during it all was a saving Grace for me… as everything felt so uncertain. It was comfort in the chaos. Before calamity struck, I named this project “good to know” because I feel everything that happens is information that can help us navigate moving forward. Whether we judge something or ourselves as good or bad… it’s all good. I was in a place of trying to practice radical honesty, develop self-esteem/ self-respect, grapple with addictive tendencies, and forgive myself and others. Everything I learned about myself and life from Mad Love to GTK grew me as a person.
