Kajol Instagram – As a mom myself, I know the value of education – it’s something both Ajay and I have prioritized for our children. Our children are our future and education is the first step in helping them become contributing and productive members of our society. I have always been a firm believer in equity for all individuals. We, as a community, need to create spaces where all individuals, regardless of their gender, neurodiversity or sexual orientation are included. A safe space for all individuals to work in. I had the privilege to spend an evening with the kids from @gatewayschoolmumbai and be a part of this movement to advocate for a change in our policies, mindset and work spaces to make them more inclusive and supportive towards diverse individuals. To make this change happen, we, as a society, need to become more open, empathic and resilient.
