Almost 6 years ago, my birth was long, a little complicated but thanks to the incredible support I had, I welcomed a healthy baby boy and received personalized postpartum care from my midwife for 6 weeks after. One of the gifts of Lucifer was being able to fund the dream of becoming a pilot for my cousin and in my final season, I knew it was going to be possible. Today, she is fully certified. Years of hard work, lots of pressure, tears, more work, endless calls to remind her to keep working towards the goal. To say I’m proud is an understatement. To be able to watch the journey, a gift. A Mother’s Day reset in NYC with @remedyplace . This space is gorgeous.
Started with an remedy Iv bag with all the good vitamins and added an NAD shot.
Next, I did a six minute ice bath which I didn’t film but it’s a must to help decrease inflammation in the body.
I followed that with an hour and a half in the hyperbaric chamber which helps get more oxygen to your tissue and helps your body heal itself. I call it the youth coffin. 🧛🏽♀️
