I took a good, long break from something I love. I just needed to move my body in a different way, ask totally new questions, interpret from a different perspective.
And boy I’ll tell ya, in doing that, I unlocked a new level of trust in my work and in myself. Im integrated. Ready for the next great thing. I might be losing my balance a bit today but inside I’m unshakable.
