RD KITCHEN MAKES MEXICAN RICE
Don’t know what to do with leftover food vegetables and rice …try this amazing recipe reusing everything from you leftovers from the previous night a recreate this yummy meal for your family 🍛🍛🧆🍲🥘
Take a baking bowl and Greece it with butter
Take last nights leftover vegetables and add some Mexican spices ( peri peri sauce if u have or just normal red chill and green chilly sauce ) Salt and pepper mix it well keep aside
The first layer to be of the above veggie mix in the bowl as shown in video
Add left over rice above the vegetables and make a neat layer
The cheese sauce is a hack (take any cheese spread of your choice or cheese cubes melt them in a pan with butter milk and water till it becomes like a Sauce)
Now put a nice layer above the rice cover fully
Add as many layers as u have to finish your ingredients
The add any grated cheese and tomatoes for garnish
Add some chilly flakes if u have
Bake for 20 min on 150 degrees in oven

I generally like to make any biryani from scratch but this a good option for sudden it’s a good option
Available at all supermarkets near you I rate it 7 out of 10
MADE A VEGETABLES BIRYANI
In a pressure cooker add ghee and onions Mix well
Add ginger and garlic paste and cook till smell goes away and rawness
Then add green chill tomatoes and vegetables and stir cook for 5 minutes
Add the ready mix to the cooker and mix well
No extra masala to be added as all present in the pack
The add 1:2 ratio water to the cooker this was 2 glasses of rice so about 3.5 glasses of water
Pressure cook two whistles and enjoy your biryani
You can add your meat or anything else u like the procedure is the same
