So grateful to have met @marcrogoff. Marc was kind enough to include me in his sunrise polar swim club. 10°C water for 10-15 minutes. While Marc implemented Wim Hof breathing techniques, I found screaming obscenities as an equally effective way to guide me through the morning ritual. Different approaches but we both received the benefits of #coldwaterimmersion. Curbing Anxiety and the Thinky’s has always been a daily challenge for me, so Thank you Marc for showing me a cool, fun and deeply uncomfortable activity to improve my mental well-being. It’s amazing what throwing yourself in freezing water can do to calm the mind. #Winteriscoming and you can find me in your pond. 🥶🧘♂️❤️
