i don’t share stuff like this often but the other day i hit 5 months sober. i’ve been going to the gym nearly every day. i’m excited to wake up in the morning. building instead of slowly on a race to the bottom. i’m grateful to my family, friends, and supporters who truly want the best for me. to anyone out there who’s struggling you’re not alone. you can do this. 6 months ago i didn’t see much more for myself in terms of life & would’ve laughed if you told me i was where i am right now. of course there’s still days that aren’t great but at the end of the day it’s progress not perfection. more life. thank you thank you thank you 🤍
