Well, here’s to the worst-kept secret ever… I have joined the cast of @cw_nancydrew where I will take over the title role of Nancy Drew. I know what you’re thinking and yes, @kennedymcmann is an out-of-this-galaxy, remarkably transcendent talent whilst, somehow, concurrently existing as the living personification of kind-hearted. Her work ethic is first-rate. She shines on screen. She is without a shred of doubt, by far, the walking definition of the word ‘star’. ⭐️ HOWEVER, the network has decided to take a different approach and felt that a Korean-Australian man could better relate to the nuances of what Nancy is going through. I look forward to being the latest name to don the iconic red hair and am excited for what the future holds. Me Mum still somehow doesn’t know what @netflix is, but maybe this will get her to take 2 seconds away from her K-Dramas, K-Pop and Enrique Iglesias music videos. Me, her baby boy (as much as she may publicly deny it) is jumping on board a wonderful and unique project! Spearheaded by the sensational @thisislizallen, Les Morgenstein and @sofiacarson who is by far the youngest boss I’ve ever had. She also must be a wizard or have a secret identical twin to accomplish what she gets through in a day, and is so infuriatingly exceptional at so many different talents, I have ugly cried in my car multiple times out of pure jealousy. Also, there’s @nicholasgalitzine, my new publicist and absolute legend even though he sucks at rugby. OH and @katcunning who I love and adore.
