My therapist once told me that being human is like being a globe. The sun never shines on the globe completely. At any given time while the sun shines its light on the globe there is an equal amount of darkness that can’t be seen. I believe more than anything right now that as humans…we must begin to make space for our humanity. It’s time we get rid of the pedestals and remember that we are all flawed.
