The body does not know that you are acting….
As an actor,our body is our tool, including its physicality, our emotions, our mind , the immense focus an actor needs during an emotional transitional scene, and sometimes its the dark space that we need to reach out to.. from our lives to be able to enact a scene for it to be real,
Its not easy.. sometimes the scene is so heavy that it leaves us in a very disturbed state.. but we figure out the tools to come out of it as well..
Its not all about glamour most of the times.. its hard hard work.. and its a beautiful one..
Sharing such a scene that kind of shook me but also made me live that moment..

What i talk about when i talk about Running – #harukimurakami
U run regularly for more then a year and u’ll start seeing the changes in ur outer and inner self. Running has changed me so much and all for the rite reasons.
It has made me balanced emotionally and stronger mentally. It has made me more focused as during longer runs u cannot afford to have negative thoughts or doubts ..and so u apply that in life❤️
And as Murakami rightly says
– PAIN IS INEVITABLE, SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL…
True words put into practice for runners…
I have started eating well and respecting the food i put into my system..
I recommend running to everyone especially girls…it brings in a feeling of freedom and strength and calmness..… and ur always happy after a run… however hard it… ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been told many things ever since i chose to become an actor, and i am sure most of the girls do, by people who looked like well wishers to me..😬
Things like if u don’t have big boobs in ur photographs u won’t be noticed and hence casted.
U got to get on chat and drop hints to get casted …
BLAH BLAHH BLAHHHH….🤨
Well.. I quietly listened-to them and laughed in my head,,,and continued doing what i do best .. work on my self as an actor and as a human being..
Here I am walking at my own pace toward my goals..and getting better as a person.❤️
