My favorite 🍑 exercise: Barbell Bulgarian Deadlifts!
If you haven’t tried these before, go light! They are surprisingly hard.
Try these tips for dialing in your form:
1️⃣ Position your foot: The back foot should be elevated on a bench or box, with your front foot in the center of the barbell.
2️⃣ Get your shin vertical like a normal deadlift and hip slightly above parallel.
3️⃣ Squeeze your shoulder blades down and back
4️⃣ Keep the bar close to your body and stand to full extension

Today I’ve got a kettlebell flow for you. I’m a huge advocate of kettlebell movements and circuits because they work on stabilizer muscles, so for me, with a history of shoulder and neck issues, I really like it for that purpose! LFG!!!
15 Minute KB Flow:
5 Each Side – Bear Crawl Pull Throughs
10 Each Side – Windmills
10 Each Side – Single Arm Swing to Lunge
5 Each Side – Turkish Get Up

It’s going to be a Cruel Summer of metcons and this is one of my favorites!
For this tap out metcon, every two minutes you are going to add two reps. You keep going until you can’t complete the number of reps within the two minutes! Aka you Tap Out!
So for the first two minutes (0-2 minutes), you have:
2 Devil’s Press
2 DB Box Step Overs
20 Double Unders
Then the next two minutes (2-4 minutes), you have:
4 Devil’s Press
4 DB Box Step Overs
20 Double Unders
Keep adding two reps every two minutes with your lifting partner and see who taps out first!

Honest review of Velaasa Raptor training shoes!
I got sent a pair of these AWHILE ago, like years ago, and I thought what the hell let’s try them out again.
Bought these Raptors and I’m a big fan of them!
Pros:
-Great for lifting and leg days especially
-Super comfy for just walking around
Cons:
-Not great for running because they have a super stiff bottom
-Limited colorways right now but maybe they will get more
