After Maya and Game Over, Connect is my third film with filmmaker, @ashwin.saravanan . Working with him is very unique because we try all we can to make the sounding of lines, effects and emotions as close to sync sound as possible. I must add, that this effort, towards getting the sounding right, is something that’s enriching and rewarding, in itself.
Recording my voice for the undisputed lady superstar isn’t getting easy with every film, contrary to what most people might think. This film was quite challenging, because she had performed in some deeply emotional scenes, which were nearly impossible to dub.
With one day to go, for “Connect” to hit the screens, I genuinely hope that the efforts taken by everyone involved in the making of this film, reach and touch you, exactly the way they were intended to.

I remember @artdirector_umesh
throwing a surprise party to @raghini.muralidharan several years ago.. and being awestruck by the grandeur of the whole idea, all for his beloved.
To see that barely anything (except the grandiosity has only multiplied) has changed over the years, for the apple of his eyes, is being witness to a rare kind of love, admiration, that one doesn’t commonly see around.
This evening was a celebration of the life of one person who has touched those of countless others in so many ways.
And was filled with some moments I’ll cherish for a long, long time.
Thank you, Umesh!!! This was truly, an evening to remember forever:))
