I love our local races here in Rauma Norway ❤️!
Yesterday I ran @molde7topper a beautiful 19 km race! Going into a race well beaten after altitude and a harder 2 week of training at home was mentally hard, but I believe it was a good training! Now some rest and specific training!

And 2 weeks until the trail world championships! I will run the marathon distance ( 45 km 3100 m),
I have really enjoyed being home running on the trails I run the most.
Training at 4000-5000 meters is hard, and I made sure to keep track of my heartbeat while training and resting, aswell as my HRV. I brought my pace @corosglobal ⌚️and my Apex 2 pro where I measure HRV in the mornings.
I could really see when the HRV was dropping ( bad nights, cold, travel) so I made sure to get it up and feel fresh before I started some harder days of training here at home.
Last days of harder trainings are coming up, and I look forward!
