My personal fav for iced or hot coffee right now is the HOPSULATOR TRIO in ETHEREAL 🌞 my favorite for water is the TODDY 22 in MIDNIGHT MEDITATION 🌙 ⭐️. I cannot stress how important it is to educate yourselves on the harm that social media is causing to our youth. It is not all bad obviously, but it’s so important to arm yourselves and your kids with ways to keep them safe/feel heard/learn what’s real/realistic vs not. The percentage of kids/teens/young adults that have been or are being bullied/dealing with anxiety and depression is sky rocketing. I’m honored to receive an award from @org4socialmediasafety but most importantly, be there with my ears, eyes and heart open to learn how to navigate this on-going epidemic that is hurting our kids. The night is promised to inform you ❤️
