JoJo Instagram – How many of us are tryna fall in love with working out? Again or for the first time? Love the ability to switch up my routine and try different kinds of physical activity. Sometimes my body wants Pilates or yoga or boxing or strength training and cardio. Most oftentimes she says she wants to roll around in bed and not workout. But I’ve nevvvvvver regretted getting her up and outta there to work up a sweat. What kind of workouts have you been feeling lately?
