So much fun on this set.. and all the small memories. Akshay boasting about his cooking skills and finally making us a simple but amazing Dal.
Having to walk nearly 1.5 km uphill in the dark in the snow because the car got spoilt at the bottom of the hill and our hotel was at the top and NO CELLPHONES!
Riding a horse in an itsy bitsy skirt and thinking my hat would at least cover my face!!!

Reemaji playing my mother for the first time and sitting and playing cards with her on set. Manish and me doing the trials and #Yashji giving his approval in the middle of trying to give us something to eat..
It’s not the film you remember so much as what you were feeling at the time..

Moms are moms forever and ever. It’s a never ending job and the only thank you you get is that your children will need you forever! Not for important life changing details but just to love us the way you do. Because that is something you will never find anywhere or in anyone else..
Thank you for loving me enough to brave society and all its norms and fighting to bring me up the way you did. You made me in every way possible…

One of my oh so many “comebacks” but Zooni will always remain special to me simply because I just had to be me without my glasses. 🤓 #Nerds rock! And since you guys loved my memories let me give you some more..
Poland was -27 degrees centigrade on the first day of shoot and I was wearing a thin chiffon salwar kameez on a frozen lake with the wind chill factor aside… #AamirKhan on the other hand had bought himself a nice thick jacket from the local market just for the shoot 🙄🙄🙄🙄.
So his face did not have the natural pain that was there on my frozen face!!
And the cherry on top of the whole scenario was that the whole song was scrapped and RESHOT when we got back to Mumbai!!
🙏 Can we all just salute women and heroines all over the world who do these things and much worse just to look good!

#25years to Dushman. One of the scariest films I have ever said yes to or even watched for that matter. @ashutosh_ramnarayan scared the crap out of me on screen and I’m sure out of all of you guys as well. And a big thanks till today to @poojab1972 and @tanuja__chandra for making me so comfortable with such an uncomfortable topic. It is still such an uncomfortable film for me to watch!

Isnt it odd that we live in a society that encourages us to hide our goodness? Our masks are so that none can see that we are actually kind or compassionate or hurt by small things, sensitive or even scared. And we are encouraged to be mean and nasty and tough when true strength is the bravery to be kind openly ❤
So all of you who are ridiculed or looked down on at times for this bravery please know that the ones who do it do not hate you. They envy your ability to show what you really feel and wish they could do it too.
