With every chant, the love and admiration for India grew deeply in mine and Nivi’s hearts. We were mesmerised by the strong display of patriotism displayed by our Indian army at the Wagah Border.
It was a wonderful day spent celebrating our great nation and with every “Vande Matram!! Vande Matram!!” the respect and pride, we felt, grew tenfolds! It felt awesome to take Apple to the Wagah Border right before her birthday! Creating memories 💞

Where do I start with what Yoga has done for me? Never have I experienced a stillness like that ever! You experience sheer magic when you breathe, mind and body are in complete sync as you become one with the universe. I don’t know if Nirvana will stick to Yoga when she grows up, but all I can do is share this bliss and peace with her. There are many things that we do together but sharing this kind of space with each other is my most prized memory. I’m so grateful to all my yoga teachers who have selflessly done so much for me. I am indebted to India and the yogis for continuing this tradition for thousands of years. Being born in this country makes understanding and feeling this magic our birthright. On this yoga day, I wish and pray for all of you to have peace and joy!
