Did you know that there is still no detectable test for ovarian cancer yet it is the deadliest female cancer? 300,000 women are diagnosed every year and once detected, it often can be too late. Women deserve better. Families deserve better. This disease is tragically personal to @camillaandmarc but with hopes to raise awareness and make change through their powerful campaign ‘Ovaries Let’s Talk About Them’, Camilla and Marc look to help advance the search for finding an early detection test that would save so many. “100% of proceeds raised through this campaign will go directly where it counts, to Associate Professor Caroline Ford and her team of female scientists at the UNSW Ovarian Cancer Research Group. Dr Caroline Ford is developing an early detection test, which we aim to get to clinical trials in the next 4 years. If successful, this would be a very simple blood test available at your regular GP each year.” Through honest conversations, bold action, raising funds and awareness women worldwide can get the early detection test they deserve. #OvariesLetsTalkAboutThem
