Minka Kelly Instagram – So thankful. So full of love. That’s me. That’s all. For now. I am acutely aware that everything is temporary. So in these moments of goodness and joys I am mindful to be present and so thankful to the universe and also of course to myself for all the hard effing work to be in such a healthy and grounded space in this moment. For things not to be so hard anymore. At least not right now. Sometimes when something good happens I stop what I’m doing, put my hand on my heart and whisper aloud as many times as I feel fit, thank you thank you thank you thank you to whoever might be listening that’s had a hand in guiding me here. 🦩💫 Thank you to all that have read and listened(!!) to my book and for being such compassionate and empathetic witnesses to all my most tangled up bits. Thank you all for making me feel so seen by sharing your stories with me about how my book made you feel seen! What a beautiful exchange.
