Minka Kelly Instagram – So thankful. So full of love. That’s me. That’s all. For now. I am acutely aware that everything is temporary. So in these moments of goodness and joys I am mindful to be present and so thankful to the universe and also of course to myself for all the hard effing work to be in such a healthy and grounded space in this moment. For things not to be so hard anymore. At least not right now. Sometimes when something good happens I stop what I’m doing, put my hand on my heart and whisper aloud as many times as I feel fit, thank you thank you thank you thank you to whoever might be listening that’s had a hand in guiding me here. 🦩💫 Thank you to all that have read and listened(!!) to my book and for being such compassionate and empathetic witnesses to all my most tangled up bits.
