Ritika Singh Instagram – My new favourite full body workout routine to do on days when I’m running short on time ⏱️
5 rounds of 3 exercises back to back.
Starts with a 200 metres sprint as fast as you can on an incline of 2 or 3 (every round)
Goes straight into 3 reps of devil’s press followed by 3 reps of thrusters in the first round and goes up to 15 reps in the final round.
The reps increase by 3 counts each round 👊🏻
So 3 – 6 – 9 – 12 and 15
Try and do these unbroken 🥵
And take little to no rest in between rounds.
It’s gonna be hard. But pace yourself and breathe through it.
The workout finishes quickly and is totally worth it 🔥
