Ran 1km to start the workout.
Immediately followed by
– 300 metres on the treadmill speed 12 to 13
– 2 mins rows on the machine
– 12 thrusters
– 18 rows in push-up position (9 each)
– 10 weighted burpees
– 16 smith machine reverse lunges (8 each leg)
– 20 weighted jump squats
– 30 ab exercises each round as shown in the video
Break for about a minute and then go again X 3 rounds
The weights were 5kgs each throughout the session for all the exercises.
I didn’t think I could do it today, but I got my ass in the gym after shoot and did better than I do on most days 💪🏼
Was almost in tears during the final round, but I’m glad I didn’t give up ✨
