Happy Meal Prep Monday everybody! So some of you have mentioned that meal prepping takes too much time. So today I’m including a couple hacks to save you time! First, don’t be afraid to incorporate pre-made salads and meals. This saves a ton of time! Also using frozen veggies can save more time than chopping and cutting up fresh veggies. And of course, cooking in batches and repeating meals throughout the week helps save time too. This week, the stars of the show were my adult lunchables with string cheese, jello, yougurt, and almonds, as well as my Turkey and avocado on cheddar flavored rice cakes! Happy prepping everyone! Got my ass kicked today by the amazing @erindecoursey who incorporated the chair, TRX, and reformer to set my core on 🔥🔥🔥. She cued us to press into the straps to really fire up that core and it was intense! Can’t wait to do more TRX pilates so I can practice staying square and keeping the straps more stable and still!
