Michel Smith Boyd Instagram – The main reason I started painting for @leftbankart is bc I wanted to see more black portraits in the luxury space/interior design. Turns out this one is a self portrait of WWl vet, Horace Pippin, called Threshold. I paint mostly women, but I’ve been collecting male portraiture.
