On this day in 2006, I had my first day of filming for ZOEY 101. I could never have predicted the shape my life or my career would take after that day, nor that I would get the privilege to be back all these years later to tell the next act of this story — least of all that the next act would be so. Freaking. Good. For the rest of my life, I will forever be grateful to everyone who’s had a hand in the shaping of the Zoey 101 world. To the old faces we miss, the new faces we’ve met, and the ones who’ve been with us every step of the way, thank you. #zoey102 #zoey101
PCA crew, old faces and new. How do we look so gorgeous and so horrified at the same time?! #zoey102 @paramountplus
Who’s it gonna be?! Meet us on the dance floor this summer on @paramountplus! #Zoey102 @nickelodeon . 🎥: @nickelodeon @paramountplus
Let’s see if I can get the whole video in this time — Look, I’ve been trying to come up with something clever to say for ten minutes, but I’m speechless. I am so proud of these people, and so grateful to have made this with each and every one of them. Excuse me while I go cry with excitement while you watch the trailer for #Zoey102, coming this summer to @paramountplus!!
In case you’re out of the loop, SAG-AFTRA (the actor’s union for screen performances) is currently in federal mediation with the American Motion Picture and Television Producer’s guild to negotiate a new contract that will ensure, among other things, compensation for our work commensurate with our contributions and protections against the misuse of our work through AI — things that are essential to the lives and livelihoods of all artists, but especially the ludicrously vast majority of us who are members of the working class and whose names do not carry the box-office potential or prestige to name our own terms. If these negotiations fail before our old contract expires at midnight PST tonight, we all join the WGA and go on strike — and while I fully and happily support this strike, that means this may be my last chance to talk about this movie for a while. So let me say it loud: 1. I freaking loved making this movie, and I’m so proud of it. 2. I love every single one of these people — I’m so proud of them, too. 3. I am so, so excited, blessed, and surreally anxious to get to share my work with so many of you at once for the first time in *mumble* years. It’s a bit of emotional whiplash to come out of such a long dry spell into something like this. 4. But y’know? I think you’re really gonna dig this one. 5. This would never have been possible without the incredible talents of our writers @monicajoysherer and @maddywhitby, our fearless director @nanhower, and the tireless work of @jamielynnspears, @alexisjfisher, Martha Fernandez and many, many others to bring us all back — especially the amazing talents of the crew at Screen Gems Studio in Wilmington NC who built us our little piece of paradise to come home to. I am so incredibly grateful to them all, and can’t wait to work with them all again — hopefully real soon. Until then, I love you and I’m proud of you, too. We’ll see you on the other side. #zoey102 #paramountplus #pcababy #sagaftrastrong

In love with this handful of outtakes from my recent headshot session with @miaisabellaphotography. I can just submit these, right?

So, I did a thing this morning. . Two hours of waiting in the rain 3 hours and 6 minutes of running in the streets of Brooklyn a bagel, a bath, and an 8 hour nap = 13.1 miles. . First half marathon in the bag. Onward we go. . #brooklynhalf #brooklynhalfmarathon #runnergirl #runnersofinstagram

#Zoey102 would not be possible without the incomparable talents of our writers @monicajoysherer and @maddywhitby. Everyone should be so lucky to put the past and future of a character they love in their hands!
Fun fact: this is my second time seeing a Broadway production of Sweeney Todd. Equally fun fact: I was in the front row then, too. #AttendTheTale #MaybeItsAHappyEndingThisTime?
