ALB in Wonderland Instagram – My goal with this one was to imagine what Vaporeon (one of my FAV Pokémon) would look like in a midcentury style- Niko says the end result is giving Chuck Jones vibes but that wasn’t my intention 😂
I spend a lot of time looking at and saving vintage advertisements, especially ones that feature paint swatches for kitchens/cars, you really get a feel for what colours were considered trendy during different decades. If you ever feel stuck I recommend looking at these types of ads and trying to make art using only the palette in the ads, it’s good fun 💗
