Showing up for the entirety of our community and raising our voices and using our platforms to educate others is the least we can do! By supporting us, you are supporting the rights to have agency over our artistry as a whole. **Summary Below** What we are striking for: 1. Fair pay despite workers home base/location 2. Streamer/Media revenue sharing with writers (WGA) and performers (SAG) 3. Increasing the minimum wage (schedule F) for performers to reflect the inflation of our economy and cost of living 4. Reimbursement for performers who have to relocate to work (moving costs, housing costs, etc) 5. Pay performers for the time spent doing fittings and dry cleaning costs when we provide our own wardrobe 6. Background performers be paid fairly 7. We should not have to pay to put auditions on tape for jobs we may not even get (we used to go in to casting offices for free, but many have closed their offices since COVID) 8. Compensation when we are not paid on time (which is often) 9. Stunt performers should be given the same benefits such as residuals etc. and not a flat rate 10. Put regulations and compensation for the use of likeness through AI 11. Set reasonable timelines for series regular performers (industry standard: 7 years) that keeps them from working other jobs 12. Apply Union scale minimums such as rest periods and protection for minors 13. Track and specify residuals for all work including streaming and network 14. Increase penalties for not providing meal breaks 15. Increase penalties for not allowing performers sufficient rest between work breaks #unionstrong support #union #strike #sagaftra
