Frankie Ward Instagram – Sky Broadband invited gamers to the Sky Guild Gaming Centre to put a spotlight on the abuse 3 out of 4 women under the age of 25 experience when playing online multiplayer games.
We played a game to warm up and then repeated the grid shot challenge within a special room where shadows and the voices of actors spoke the abusive words so many women have encountered online.
For the women who undertook this challenge, the sad fact was that we had all experienced it – for the men, it was far more of a shock.
