What a beautiful way to celebrate Mothers day ,we know Uncle and aunty from the time I came to Chennai as an 18 year old, newly wed! They were our neighbours, 40 years passed, we do not speak often , but the relationship is still the same, and it is Uncle’s Sathabhishekam🙏 Simple event with close knit family and friends , awesome food and lots of love and nostalgia 🙌
I admire aunty for her commitment , efficiency as a home maker , her grit and determination. Many women like her haven’t got the opportunity to shine outside their homes but that doesn’t make them less than any other achiever ! In fact, they are the real heroes:) she brought up two kids well, been a pillar of support for uncle, took care of Uncle’s Mother and maintained social commitments❤️

Some positive updates from the show-
14 year old, special child , who was brought to my show has passed her 10th exam with the help of home tuitions #Nermarrai . Her mother is fighting the child’s rape case, thanks to @kanyababu_Aims . Sought help of #Banyan for guiding the child in steps, to make her independent .
2 girls who were mentally ill & their mother, who were brought to the show in 2016 , are repatriated. #Zoraida , #Venkatesh , #selvakumari and #Rehboth team did a fantastic job, they need close monitoring though, Police in Thorayur lend a helping hand thanks to #ADGP Madam ,
Been silent about recent happenings though it is sort of suffocating me😀 it is definitely not worth talking as MOST, (NOT ALL) of the people who are criticising are doing it NOT genuinely, but with a clear agenda. Why feed them when it is not productive?
May be universe doesn’t want to give #MSDhoni farewell from cricket?! He is too good and too cute to retire?

Watched something last night, a couple of years back, I would have openly tweeted my opinion! Now I have understood it is not welcome, more so, me being a filmmaker , it is always misunderstood as arrogance 😊 Anyways, how can something, though crafted well , become an interesting watch when it has no stuff, it is superficial and cliched to the core?! “Shut up Lax” 😜
