Marla Maples Instagram – The new moon šŸŒ™ is upon us and this time gifts us with great healing energy. I am choosing to feel into my headache and see it as an opportunity to pay attention to emotions that may be behind the pain. A dear friend told me ā€œachesā€ need love and positive attention too and as I integrate this consciousness the pain has dissipated. šŸ˜Š I will follow up with a recorded teaching I love from @gedalefenster on the power of this month of Iyar (Light in Hebrew) Important to listen and hear with your heart. He also speaks on the gut connection and how food can affect our moods. Just had to share.. as we learn and grow together.
