It’s been about 6 weeks!! I couldn’t even really do squats (as you can see here) Boxing is damn hard. I don’t even think I have it yet. Tryin to be STRONG… not skinny. My body fat has gone down and muscle mass up. I don’t pay attention to my weight because that really doesn’t matter. I’m coming along… I had kinda let it all go…. I’ve relied on my natural ability to stay fit. But you know, as we get older… it gets harder. There are no excuses. We just have to do it… and work harder. I plan to be here for a while you know, I got to stay correct. Take care of my health. Take care of my body. I’m going through all this, so I can bring a really great plan to you all…❤️ not gonna lie, it’s not really a walk in the park. It’s kinda hard. I usually don’t want to go. Homage… #herbritts 🙌🏼 a little known story… My mother was an Executive at Universal Studios when I was younger. She was setting up photography for a film Olivia Newton John was doing, as my mom was in charge of merchandising and the look of a product connected to a movie. Olivia wanted this unknown photographer that she had found (on her own) to shoot her. His name was Herb Ritts. My mom would have to get the studio on board with this. She looked at his work and met with him. They were fast friends. My mother LOVED him. Herb would continue to work with the studio and other well known actors from then on. As the years went on he, of course, became a super star photographer. He never forgot the break my mother gave him. He even took head shots of my sister as a favor. “Who took these head shots?” “Oh! Herb Ritts”. Ha! Wild. He was a lovely human being and still one of the best if not the best. We took some photos for some new @skinnationbeauty products today.
