I spoke extensively about “Satvika” in my workshop yesterday. I’ve written about it in my book “Finding Shiva”. Each time I perform, or teach or explain ideas, I learn a little bit more about the subject.
Students make me think and respond to all possible contradictions. Whenever there are questions it makes my ideas more solid and grounded, makes me think and respond, makes me learn more about this subject that is so vast.
I’ll be working on writing about this specifically…. Hopefully soon!
