Every character I play,contributes towards my growth professionally n personally.
This was a journey of sheer hardwork. So challenging n demanding both physically n emotionally.
From wearing a heavy head gear,to doing fight n dance sequences on a harness,feeling the complex emotional turmoil the character goes through …
During this course making new friends,losing few special ones,the heartache n sometimes being totally overwhelmed by things..Realizing that Life is indeed fragile and not to take things for granted,to hold onto to ur loved ones really tight ..
But in the end really fulfilling n gratifying 🙏🏼
This is the Beauty of being an Artist .. you live n breathe life into different characters ..mostly for me,the lines get blurred where the reel n real you kinda blend into one another.While there is beauty in this too,but the heart aches to say bye bye when the time comes .
SimSim is the Villain in this narrative,but she’s the “hero” of her own story! A soulful journey towards resurrecting her beloved ..
and in the end (watch out for that) it’s indeed about love..this time it’s self love n self respect-something that is the core essence our exeistence .
Yes, she is the anti-force in this tale. But what a force to reckon with!!!
She’s fierce,romantic,sexy,sassy,resilient.. she’s vulnerable yet so strong .. she dances ,she cries,she roars.. she’s a menace,yet so beautiful .. she’s so relatable,so motivated by her emotions n as humane as it can get .
She is Power.. She is Love ❤️
