Preview night of Lungs x Every Brilliant Thing #SandboxFest2023 last night left me overwhelmed with so much emotions!!! 😭
Both shows tackling LIFE –
joy, sorrow, anxiety, love love loooove and heartbreak, betrayal, grief, suicide, depression, childlike wonder and innocence, hope …and more 🤍
First time to actually watch a play this intimate – held inside a small theater.
LUNGS was at times nauseating, actually felt a bit anxious during their confrontations and almost felt like an intruder crossing their personal space because my seat was right in front and sometimes even just beside the actors 🤯🫠🫣 which also means, the actors were moving. 👏
EBT – Honestly did not expect the “audience participation” hahaha (im really shy in real life, kumakapal lang po ang mukha ko when in front of the camera😂) —- but THIS ONE WOMAN SHOW was so much fun, heartwarming, heartbreaking, amusing all at once thanks to Teresa’s charm and presence ♥️👏
