Everyone is asking me how I am feeling about the new champ.
Listen……I’ve went down some dark places due to our fight in 2018 due to concussions, bad media, trolls, and REGRET. I did however still manage to find peace with it.
The truth is I am really happy for him.
Not many can say they went the distance and got a FOTN bonus with a @ufc Champion. @sugasean has mastered the fight game inside and outside of the cage. He obviously works hard for what he has, and that inspires a lot of people, including me.
No bitterness or Salty feelings here, just respect and appreciation.

Fight week has officially begun!!!

I got to be apart of something special last night. Not only did I get to train with my cousin, but I got to be apart of a good cause in honour of someone who seemed really special to the community (RIP Neff).
I want to say I’m really proud and admire my cousin and his wife. He recently lost his sister in-law in April and she left behind 3 children. Him and his wife took them in as their own and are planning to be their guardians. I witnessed all 3 kids receive a scholarship to train at @senseistudioheadquarters as long as they maintained a B+ average in school.
The power of #MartialArts is strong 💪🏽. It changed my life and kept me busy when I was mourning, and I’m hoping it does the same for their whole family 🙏🏽❤️
