Alzheimer’s Society’s Memory Walk is back this September!
Memory Walk is a series of sponsored walks that happen every year across the UK to raise funds and awareness for those living with dementia.
I’ll be joining in London’s event and I’ll be walking with my mum, for my lovely Nan who is currently living with Alzheimer’s. This is something I’m very keen to share so we can help support people and families who are affected by dementia. Too many are facing dementia alone without adequate support.
We urgently need to find a cure, improve care and offer help and understanding for people affected.
Please join me and don your trainers to take part in any of the 24 @alzheimerssoc walks. Together we are help and hope for everyone living with dementia X

In the depths of lockdown 2020😩 I entered an online drag competition…we had to do different challenges and create videos, it sadly never came to fruition but was a great distraction for a lot of us during the pandemic!
This was one of my entries for ‘Tutorials’ week that never saw the light of day! Came up with this nuts idea and really enjoyed the editing process too, I found it sitting on my hard drive and thought it was worth a share! Maybe I should do some more..

Coppafeel 100km Trek 2023!
This was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had, trekking for 5 days straight with these incredible humans, getting to know each of them personally, listening to their stories, sharing mine, and cracking jokes with every step/mountain/muddy Sandy beach…it was honestly like therapy. I was so inspired by the grit and determination of each of the 26 ladies on #teamella who did so incredibly well to keep on going when it would’ve been easier to just give up! “Ooooh yeahhhh”
When we passed the finish line on day 5 the emotion piled in, I ugly cried, the sense of accomplishment, triumph and joy in the air was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! 💖
Big thanks to @coppafeelpeople for allowing me to be a team captain in my own way, my team were the ultimate queens, and there really ain’t no mountain high enough. LOVE YOU ALL 🫶🫶
So…Check your chests, talk to someone, share your story, and if you get the chance go on the next trek and challenge yourself, DO IT believe me you won’t regret it!!!
